Changchun Shanghai Road Wanda Plaza, as the first fourth-generation Wanda Plaza in Northeast China, is a benchmark innovative commercial complex meticulously created by Jilin Province Jiayuan Design Group. The project centers around the theme of ‘Floating Spring City’ and is precisely positioned as a future-oriented commercial center that integrates social interaction, quality living, and trendy tourism. It not only undertakes the mission of revitalizing the old city area and balancing the new and old cultural context of the city, but also aims to provide consumers with a trendy, avant-garde, and sci-fi immersive lifestyle and leisure experience. The project consists of three underground floors, five above-ground floors, and is complemented by a sunken plaza and two themed parks.
