LIFE SCIENCE BUILDING OF XJTLU

XJTLU Life Science Building is located within the Suzhou Dushu Lake Higher Education Town. It is a research building primarily housing professional laboratories related to life sciences, including those for biopharmaceuticals, medicinal chemistry and pharmaceutics, biostatistics, a testing center, and an animal facility.
The building complex consists of two towers, 93 meters and 67 meters in height respectively, connected by a four-story podium. It has a total gross floor area of 78,600 square meters, with one basement level. The plot ratio is 4.5, the building density is 37%, and the green coverage ratio is 18%.
Unlike other surrounding educational buildings that are deeply embedded within lush, tree-lined campuses, this building maintains a direct connection to the city roads, is adjacent to a metro station, and integrates into the urban community with an open and welcoming posture.
