The project is located on the east side of Fuyu Road and the south side of Dusongguan Road, Lingfeng Subdistrict, Anji County, Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province, China. It sits at the intersection of the visual corridor between Longshan Mountain and Lingfeng Mountain and the city’s primary water system, Huxi Stream, enjoying a unique natural setting surrounded by water on four sides and mountains on two. The site is designated for commercial use, with a total land area of 25,724.80 sqm and a total gross floor area of 67,594.03 sqm. The above-ground floor area is 46,471.03 sqm, comprising four towers with a maximum height of 18 stories and an overall building height of 78.15 meters. The underground floor area is 21,123 sqm, with one basement level. The project has a floor area ratio (FAR) of 1.80 and a building density of 35%.
