Nanchang Joy City is strategically located in the core area of Chaoyang New City, Xihu District. The project covers a site area of 42,800 sqm with a total GFA of approximately 327,700 sqm. The development comprises: • A 219-meter super high-rise Grade A office tower; • A 170-meter super high-rise service apartment tower; and • A 6-level lifestyle shopping mall. Architecturally, the two towers stand at opposite ends of the podium like masts of a ship, evoking the image of a grand vessel setting sail on the confluence of three rivers. The design concept—”The Treasure Ship, Cloud Sails at Chaoyang”—integrates the rich mineral resources of Jiangxi (such as copper, silver, fluorite, and quartz) into its aesthetic, while highlighting its prime location along the Ganjiang River.
