DONGJIANGHUI

The project is located in the High-tech Development Zone, Yinzhou District, Ningbo, known as the last prime plot in the zone. With approximately 154,000 m² of commercial office space as its core, it integrates eight commercial office buildings, along with some residential units and a kindergarten. Leveraging the resources of the Dadongjiang Park and the dual water systems, the office zone features four “bullet train”-style low buildings facing the park, three distinctively shaped high-rise office buildings on the north side along the river, and a sculptural single-story building at the center of the site, forming an open, shared, and ecological future-oriented office campus. Guided by functionality and prioritizing pedestrian flow, the landscape weaves through the architecture, establishing the project as an office landmark for industry-city integration in the High-tech Zone.
