THE SINA PROJECT OF INTELLIGENT NETWORK VALLEY

The project is located in the core area of Smart Internet Valley Town, Gongshu District, Hangzhou. It is the core carrier of Zhejiang Province’s first digital economy town developed on innovative industrial land. The project covers a total land area of approximately 2.8 hectares, with a total floor area of about 142,700 square meters, forming a complex functional body composed of four buildings ranging from 5 to 22 stories. The park is positioned as a smart innovation industrial demonstration park, focusing on computer technology development, digital media, and other innovative industries, and carries the development mission of the first hundred-billion-level industrial platform in the northern part of Hangzhou. The project was completed in 2025 and is Hangzhou’s first demonstration industrial community to achieve “Silicon Valley-style” industry-city integration.
