CHONGQING LONGFOR BEICHENG PARADISE WALK RENOVATION

Located at the heart of Chongqing’s Guanyinqiao commercial district, Beicheng Paradise Walk is Longfor Group’s first Paradise Walk retail development. 10 Design completed the façade renovation under the concept of “Glass and Stone Symphony”, transforming three main entrances and key urban interface through layered glass boxes, interlocking stone volumes. The upgrade also added an outdoor naked-eye LED screen and multiple sunken plazas to refresh public interfaces, reconnects interior and exterior circulation and improves retail visibility. Nearly 800 sqm of indoor and outdoor public space is also created, turning this long-standing landmark into an all-day lifestyle destination for shopping, dining, leisure, culture and social interaction.
