Taking Forest Theater as the core concept, the project creates an immersive academic-style landscape covering over 10,000 square meters. As Xi’an’s first non-standard sunken courtyard plaza, it integrates a literary book lounge, forest terraces, a 4.5-meter cascading waterfall and multi-level garden terraces, presenting an idyllic scene of wandering amid scenery.Drawing on natural charm and scholarly heritage, the design reproduces the ecological vegetation system of the Qinling Mountains, forming diverse plant landscapes including sandy gardens and Chinese tupelo forests, with seasonal ornamental value and ecological education significance.Through cascading courtyards, forest footbridges and interactive theaters, it connects all-age activity spaces, integrating natural aesthetic education with social leisure, and sets a new benchmark for the landscape of academic-style high-end residential communities.
