LUJIAZUI SANLIN RIVERSIDE COMMERCIAL AND OFFICE COMPLEX

Located on the east bank of the Huangpu River in Pudong, Shanghai, the Lujiazui Sanlin Riverside Commercial and Office Complex forms a key urban node in the southward extension of Qiantan CLD. Three low-rise buildings are arranged around a central garden, while arcades, public passages, rooftop greenery and riverfront landscapes create an open and continuous waterfront interface. Inspired by the openness, inclusiveness and innovation of Shanghai’s Haipai spirit, the design reinterprets local identity through proportion, façade rhythm and materiality. Balancing efficiency, public experience and architectural expression, the project becomes a mixed-use waterfront space connecting the city, nature and everyday life.
