ELITE PALACE (EXHIBITION CENTER)

Located in Urumqi, this project redefines sustainable community spaces through the “4th-generation housing” model. Adhering to the philosophy of “Traditional Bone, Modern Form,” the design embeds the spiritual core of the Oriental academy into contemporary life via a “scroll-like spatial narrative”. By layering a clubhouse, sunken courtyard, and stilt-floor, the project deliberately de-commercializes the environment to serve as a pure carrier of brand values. The innovation lies in its “ multi‑generational design”, anticipating the co-living needs of children, youth, and the elderly. Through “modular design logic”, the space is segmented into fitness, social, and educational nodes, enabling it to evolve continuously with the community’s shifting needs.
