This project is located in the core villa area of Shunyi, Beijing, along the Wenyu River, surrounded by top international schools. The homeowner group consists largely of individuals with extensive overseas study and living experience, possessing both a broad global perspective and a deep local sentiment—identifying strongly with Chinese culture while embracing diverse values. With careful consideration for their children’s education, they have chosen to settle here, balancing a Chinese foundational heritage with an international education system. At the same time, they are passionate about outdoor activities, pursue a healthy and free lifestyle, and have developed a personal artistic system through the fusion of Chinese and Western cultures, demonstrating refined aesthetic taste. Therefore, the project is defined by the theme “Home, A Journey of Return,” aiming to create not just a place to live, but an extension of life, a resonance with nature, and a true expression of inner needs.
