JINWAN WATERFRONT PAVILION & LANDSCAPE RENOVATION

The design adopts the concept of “Four Seasons Water Garden · Mountain Touring Station” to create a resilient wetland park. The waterfront, with ecology as its bond, transforms its scenery with changing water levels and seasons, integrating functions such as a summer water park, a pet-friendly paradise, and an outdoor camping ground. Under-bridge spaces are revitalized into community vitality hubs, featuring activities like skateboarding, chess gatherings, and boat docks. The main building retains and renovates its original structure into a citizen service station, using the imagery of “wandering by water, touring the mountain” to create a climbable three-dimensional space. The ground floor is opened up, featuring a Jinwan 10-meter platform and a rooftop park. The building adopts zero-carbon design to achieve energy self-balance, building a 24-hour vibrant community that integrates production, living, and ecology.
