BEIJING GRAND CANAL PLACE

The project is situated in Tongzhou District, the deputy center of the capital city. It extends from the northeast to the west line of Wenyu River West Binhe Road and is in close proximity to the Wenyu River and Headwater Island. To the west, it is adjacent to Meek Road, while to the south, it borders Tongyan Road. The project consists of 06# and 07# blocks.The project is designed for commercial appearance. The exterior facade of the building is presented in white and beige stones, symbolizing the earth and vertical division, depicting the growth of branches, and showcasing the seasons through density. Through design techniques such as cascading, staggering, and curves, created a “broad and wide on both sides of the tide, with a smooth sail in the wind” architectural concept.
