DONGGUANJIE HISTORICAL AND CULTURAL BLOCK PROTECTION AND UTILIZATION

The first phase of the renovation and renovation of the historical and cultural block of DongguanJie in Dalian is a comprehensive urban renewal project. We propose to use the theme of “Rising Tide in Dongguan, Rebirth of Fireworks” and use four spatial forms of “street, field, alley, and courtyard” to connect the entire area. While reshaping the century old historical glory and reviving the humanistic life scene, we will also build multiple urban leisure living rooms that dialogue with the past and present, and watch for the source, ultimately forming a roaming block network that leads the trend of fireworks reignition, and creating a courtyard experience blind box for the new Dongguan lifestyle.
