Premio Unic reimagines urban living through an immersive, ecologically driven landscape. This 340-unit condominium in Bangkok integrates seamlessly into its environment, setting a new benchmark for high-density residential design. Inspired by fingerprint patterns — symbols of individuality — the landscape weaves green corridors that reconnect habitats, foster biodiversity and subtly guide resident movement. From pollinators to garden mammals, species return to find food, shelter, and continuity within restored micro-ecosystems. Shaded paths, permeable surfaces, and podium-level gardens promote comfort, passive cooling, and climate resilience. Selected planting balances privacy, social engagement, and ecological function. Premio Unic’s landscape becomes a living system, mending urban voids with “green threads” that restore life and reconnect communities to nature. Design and ecology coalesce, offering residents stillness moment, discovery, and shared space with the natural environment.
