CHENGDU JIAOZI PARK FINANCIAL BUSINESS DISTRICT EAST RIVER FEATURED COMMERCIAL STREET

This project is adjacent to Chengdu’s Jiaozi Park, featuring five plots developed in harmony with the park’s overall design. It includes ten financial headquarters towers, a one-kilometer-long commercial podium, and integrated park spaces, all closely linked to transit-oriented development (TOD). Moving beyond the concept of a “city park” to embody a “park city,” the design dissolves boundaries between architecture and nature by infusing park-like environments into financial offices and commercial districts. Through unified planning with Jiaozi Park, it creates a healthy, green, and sustainable park-living ecosystem. The project aims to establish a three-dimensional urban quarter that blends park ecology, cityscapes, and modern business for future financial hub, weaving a vibrant tapestry of “golden prosperity intertwined with emerald greenery, a mile of urban vitality, and a joyful Chengdu.” This visionary development aspires to become a global exemplar of park-city integration.
