NSDC NANSHA HENGLI ISLAND FUTURES INDUSTRIAL PARK

On the banks of the Pearl River Bay, at the tip of Hengli Island, the core of Pearl Bay in Nansha, Guangzhou, the country’s first international financial island with an investment scale of 100 billion, is rising, and the Nansha Futures Industrial Park is located here. Based on a humanistic perspective, the design team created the “Lingnan Rhyme, Landscape Scroll” of the tip of Hengli Island, translating the oriental aesthetics of the landscape. Through design, the project has comprehensively deduced the urban form of the tip of Hengli Island, constructed a dynamic waterfront city space with ups and downs, and beautifully staggered, echoing the city skyline, and also borrowed the meaning of the form and the traditional Chinese aesthetics to create a modern Lingnan field, a metaphor for the design concept of financial running water. It injects new vitality into the financial development of Guangzhou and even the whole country.
