ZHANGJIANG 75-02 PLOT

The project is located in the core area of the Zhangjiang Science City sub-center in Pudong New Area. It was originally designed by Shanghai Institute and has a total construction area of 153,000 square meters, providing 693 rental units. The project enjoys a superior geographical location, adjacent to the Zhangjiang Science Tower, and is situated in an important section of the Shanghai Golden Middle Ring Development Belt. It is a typical practice of integrating industry and city development. The project is developed and constructed by Lujiazui Group. Through the design strategy of “internal connection and external introduction”, it is linked with the surrounding office buildings, commercial facilities, five-star hotels and cultural facilities, creating a composite residential area integrating living and urban functions. It provides a new model for high-quality rental housing in the city’s core area.
