CITY PARK (DEMONSTRATION AREA)

The project is located in the wedge-shaped green space of Beicai, and the target customer group is external talents from Zhangjiang, mostly foreign and overseas returnees. They attach great importance to socializing and sports, and advocate nature and art. Starting from three dimensions of urban culture, site characteristics, and customer attributes, the design proposes the theme of “Waldorf Astoria in the Park”. The landscape, architecture, and decoration are designed in a coordinated style, replicating and interpreting the classic spatial scenes of the Waldorf Astoria hotel. Seven themed landscape spaces are created to jointly create a modern mansion that blends nature and prosperity, with a natural park vacation lifestyle and a modern urban Shanghai style lifestyle.
