L’OREAL KOREA WORKPLACE, SEOUL

L’Oreal Korea’s Seoul office is a branded, conscious and human-centric destination built to support new ways of working and ignite creativity. Aligning with the brand’s identity while promoting flexibility and collaboration, the project integrates Seoul’s urban culture and L’Oreal’s brand elements, supporting a hybrid work model with open, adaptable spaces. The design uses both linear and curved lines to depict the city’s intersections and grid patterns, connecting the main areas of the plan. Incorporating local elements, such as traditional Hanok window patterns, the space epitomises the fusion of cultural heritage and innovation. This dynamic, culturally relevant workplace exemplifies L’Oreal’s commitment to environmental stewardship, employee wellbeing, and transformative working culture. By promoting a collaborative, innovative atmosphere, the project supports growth and talent retention while fostering sense of belonging.
