WENZHOU LUCHENG PLAZA LEGEND

Combining a five-star hotel, luxury residences, this 389-meter mixed-use tower on the Oujiang River will be the tallest in the port city of Wenzhou. The design continues SOM’s history of merging function and form. It updates the classic columnar skyscraper with elegant proportions that reflect the stacking of various uses inside. Rooted in the local context, the project connects the new town with the old city, while integrating the natural environment with the urban development.

Once completed in 2026, the project will create a vibrant civic gathering place for the people of Wenzhou.
