HEFEI BAOHE MIXC ONE

The CR Land Baohe MixC project is located adjacent to Hefei South Railway Station. Drawing inspiration from Hefei’s historical origins as the convergence of two rivers, the design concept is centered around “Converging Two Rivers, Gathering Myriad Wonders.” The L-shaped layout of the building resembles two majestic rivers meeting at this significant urban node, with the architectural blocks organically combined to create a rich yet unified urban interface. The design team utilized materials such as ceramic panels, aluminum panels, and fritted glass to form a clear and luminous urban image. Leveraging the site’s inherent characteristics, they created a four-story-high entrance space and a sunken plaza, with multiple atriums connecting the commercial circulation. Strolling through the space feels like a relaxed and rhythmic musical journey.
