WUXI OVERSEAS RETURNEES TOWN

Located in the Economic Development Zone of Wuxi, Jiangsu Province, Wuxi Overseas Returnees Town hosts regional headquarters of global tech leaders including NVIDIA, Bosch, Baidu, and Geely Technology. The project encompasses headquarters offices, R&D facilities, cultural exhibition spaces, service centres, public amenities, and underground parking. BDP integrates surrounding environmental elements and planning requirements to develop this future town into a pioneering global IoT landmark and a new urban symbol for Wuxi. The complex also features Jiangsu Province’s largest zero-carbon single building.
