The design delves into the essence of Southern Fujian lifestyles and Eastern sensibilities, integrating urban spiritual symbols and cultural quintessence into the project. By innovating layered villa living through modern aesthetics, it crafts an internationally oriented Eastern residential concept tailored for Quanzhou. The site features significant elevation differences, gradually descending from southwest to northeast. The design adapts to local topography, reviving Southern Fujian alleyway memories while rooted in Maritime Silk Road culture. It synthesizes Quanzhou’s cultural symbols and reimagines them through contemporary aesthetics. A courtyard-enclosed layout and staggered architectural arrangement recreate the vibrant alley life of Southern Fujian through interwoven spatial rhythms and homecoming pathways.
