TAIKANG YAN GARDEN

Taikang Community Yan Garden is situated in Beijing, in the heart of Changping New Town, and is in the vicinity of both Baifuquan Wetland Park and Mangshan National Forest Park. With ideal transportation conditions, including its close proximity to Nanshao Long-Distance Bus Station, and Nanshao Subway Station, which is only 700m away, Taikang Community Yan Garden can be conveniently reached.Taikang Community Yan Garden Phase III will include two functions: a residential format for those who lead an active lifestyle, and an elderly activity center. The planning layout is standardized and orderly, and the original spatial structure has been maintained. The intersection of the North-South axis which represents the Chinese traditional homecoming ritual, and the East-West axis which features an imbuement of landscapes naturally forms a dynamic landscape belt. The space is organized in accordance with traditional ceremonies.
