SHANGHAI PHARMACEUTICALS CHANGZHOU PHARMACEUTICAL BUILDING

The project is located at No. 768, Zhongwu Avenue, Tianning District, Changzhou City, with a total construction area of 156,000 square meters, divided into two phases, the first phase (80,000 square meters) will be put into use in January 2024. The design takes “landmark headquarters, park-like office” as the core, and arranges the main tower (80 meters) and auxiliary building (50 meters) through “L-shaped enclosing layout” to maximize the landscape of Phoenix Park on the east side, creating “corporate headquarters in the park”. The building adopts “vertical and horizontal glass curtain wall” and rounded arc design, combined with honeycomb aluminum awning and hidden ventilator, to achieve the integration of function and aesthetics.
