Sijing Garden City is located in the core TOD site of Sijing Town, Songjiang District, Shanghai, close to Sijing Station of Line 9, with a total GFA of about 190,000 square meters. As the first large-scale TOD commercial complex in the area, the project closely targets the young consumers, and is dedicated to creating a place that carries youthfulness by integrating the local culture of Sijing with the concept of “Tide Rising in Sijing”, and creating the first youthfulness landmark in Sijing through the construction of parent-child micro-vacation, trendy playgrounds, cultural experiences, flagship showrooms and other business formats.
