FU ZHOU JIAN FA HAO YUN

The project is located at the confluence of two rivers in Jin’an District, Fuzhou, adjacent to the Gulou Canal. Positioned as a fourth-generation ecological residence, it features three-dimensional vertical greening as its hallmark. Each unit is equipped with a double-height ecological balcony and a private sky garden, achieving the concept of “gardens on every floor and courtyards in every home.” The design combines the advantages of spacious flats and villas, optimizing natural lighting and privacy while catering to diverse needs such as socializing and leisure. With ecology at its core, the architecture and landscape design incorporate scientific planning of layout, elevation, and drainage systems based on the natural terrain, ensuring both functionality and aesthetic appeal. The façade adopts a yacht-inspired minimalist style, emphasizing harmony and unity between the architecture and nature.
