JINAN POLY JINMAO SPLENDID JADE (DEMONSTRATION AREA)

The project is located in the Central Business District of Lixia District, Jinan. With a significant elevation difference between the site’s southern boundary and existing residential areas, the design resolves site constraints by leveling the terrain with adjacent southern plots, creating a 3m elevation gap from urban roads. This approach provides flexibility for distinctive landscape . The community layout adopts a cross-axis configuration with four buildings, embodying the essence of Eastern-inspired order. The demonstration zone positioned east of the axis integrates multiple functions through unified facade design, interconnecting diverse functions to create an elegant urban streetscape. Guided by the “Mountain + Water + Forest + Spring” concept, designers crafted a meandering homecoming path . Sunlight filtering through the water courtyard illuminates the underground clubhouse, producing poetic rippling light effects that harmoniously blend nature with architectural space.
