YUNQI QIANWAN (DEMONSTRATION AREA)

The project is located in Hangzhou’s East Bay New City, along the Qiantang River Development Belt. It benefits from superior riverside landscapes, a complete green space system, and surrounding amenities. The design integrates the site into the block-level green space network, adding tree-lined pedestrian paths. Residential areas are divided into smaller units with well-placed entry nodes, linking the slow-moving residential flow with the urban landscape system for a green home-coming experience. Riverside units enhance landscape infiltration, maximizing scenic resources. The household layout employs ‘borrowing light, momentum, and scenery’ to craft a Chinese private garden.
