WOODLANDS HEALTH CAMPUS

Completed in 2023, Woodlands Health Campus (WHC) is Singapore’s newest healthcare development, spanning 76,800 m2 with a floor area of 244,218 m2 and 1,800 beds. It is the first to integrate acute, ambulatory, intermediate and long-term care facilities, pioneering a new care model. Designed to address Singapore’s aging population and a complex health landscape, WHC’s planning and development have yielded key insights into hospital planning including participatory design, salutogenesis, integration, design for resilience, futureproofing and technology enablement.
