SHENZHEN LONGHUA DESIGN HEADQUARTER (PHASE 1)

Longhua Design Industrial Park (Phase I) is located in the Shenzhen North Station Business Central Area, adjacent to Shenzhen North Station to the east and connected to Hongmushan Country Park to the west. As Shenzhen’s first engineering design industrial park, it is also the nation’s first to adopt the “joint land acquisition by enterprises + operational post-completion” model. The park was completed and put into operation in 2025. The goal of the landscape design is to create a natural medium that integrates innovation, technology, and humanity. It aims to provide a lush, breeze-filled inspiration garden for design professionals, a tranquil and comfortable social retreat for nearby residents, and a distinctive smart industrial park for Shenzhen.
