SUPER INTELLIGENT CITY

SIC located in the Shenzhen Bay Super Headquarters Base, is the first TOD large-scale complex in the Shenzhen Bay Super Headquarters Base and also a complex with a high degree of business complexity. From six dimensions: super natural ecology, super landscape resources, super city chassis, super industry headquarters, super lifestyle, and super city landmarks, we aim to create a future super living experience. The rooftop viewing platform of the project – Sky Realm is the only open rooftop platform in China located at an altitude of over 350 meters, transforming the roof into a unique, three-dimensional, and diverse public art cloud leisure experience destination.
