XUZHOU ORIENTAL MANSION (RESIDENTIAL DEMONSTRATION AREA)

The project is located in Tongshan District and is named for its copper production. With the process of urban industrialization, industrial production and railway transportation have become the historical memory and cultural symbols of cities. How to integrate the inheritance and tribute to history and culture into the project has become the concrete goal of the design. Eanyujian is located at the intersection of three roads. It is planned to have a vertical railway layout from south to north, mending the texture between the surrounding community and the historical railway. Introduce the concept of park-style business to create an interface for the city. It injects vitality into the community, breaks the boundaries between traditional residential areas and commercial Spaces, and presents a strong street atmosphere in a relaxed and natural way.
