LONGHUA DESIGN PARK

As the first design-themed industrial park in Shenzhen, the project has become a “creative engine” that empowers urban development by design.
Meanwhile, the project is also the first project that has completed and under running under Shenzhen’s “joint development” model, providing an innovative model for the construction development of high-density cities.
Based on the regional characteristics of Shenzhen, such as high temperature, high humidity, high-rise buildings, and high density, as well as the unique geographical environment of the project that locates in between the city and country park, the project adopts an open design stratege and proposes a new concept of “Flamingo” model building, to actively responding to the innovative practice of Lingnan architecture design: providing a comfortable and convenient architectural environment, creating a green and shared urban park, and enabling the integration and coexistence of the city and the nature.
