TONGXIANG ZHENSHI CONFERENCE CENTER

AICO designed Zhenshi Group’s conference center in Tongxiang’s business district, a global leader in glass fiber and wind energy substrates. Guided by future-tech and sustainability, the design draws on glass fiber’s fluid industrial aesthetics, creating a “future vessel” floating above Phoenix Lake’s natural scenery.Divided into three zones: the lower level houses a large conference center; the middle uses a long-span overhang to bring lake views indoors; the upper level includes exhibition halls, VIP areas, and executive offices, elevated for panoramic lake views and urban landmark status. This tiered layout balances functionality, sustainability, and scenic integration, reflecting Zhenshi’s innovative vision.
