CLOUD MANSION (DEMONSTRATION AREA)

The project is located in the central area of Songshan Lake, with the site facing south toward the lake. It connects Central Park with the core zone of Songshan Lake, marking the final “golden kilometer” of the Lakeside Ceremonial Corridor and serving as the first gesture of hospitality along the ceremonial pathway. The site itself carries significant social importance. The target clientele consists of highly educated residents from the surrounding areas. The design explores how to enhance an upscale urban living experience within this irregular, island-like form. Sheltered and enveloped by a landscape forest, the project draws inspiration from the lakeside setting, transforming the serene ambiance of the forest and lake into the emotional value of daily life. The result is a tranquil, luxurious lakeside estate.
