YUNQI QIANWAN (EXHIBITION CENTER)
The project is located in the Jinshazui area of the East Bay New City, in an excellent position along the Qiantang River Development Belt in the new main urban area of Hangzhou. It has superior landscape resources along the river and a complete green space system and supporting facilities in the surrounding area. The design integrates the site into the block level green space system and introduces a tree lined pedestrian block system. At the same time, residential areas are divided into smaller block units, and home entry nodes are reasonably set up to integrate the slow movement line of the residential area with the urban landscape slow movement system, achieving green home-coming experience. The setting of units along the river is conducive to landscape infiltration, effectively responding to and making the best use of landscape resources. The household layout adopts three strategies of “borrowing light, borrowing momentum, and borrowing scenery” to create a Chinese style residence.
