55 Yonge is a climate-responsive residential tower designed for H&R REIT, one of Canada’s leading real estate investment trusts, as a bold response to Toronto’s rapidly evolving housing needs. 55 Yonge reimagines high-rise design through the lens of high-fashion craftsmanship. Inspired by the logic of draping and tailoring, 55 Yonge features a sculptural façade that acts as a high-performance “textile,” wrapping the tower in a dynamic skin that merges beauty, efficiency, and environmental intelligence.
