QIFENGRUNFU CITY EXHIBITION HALL (DEMONSTRATION AREA)

Under Huangqi Mountain, the 160-year-old Huolianshu area is located at the intersection of Dongguan’s “one center, two axes and three districts”, depicting a redefined “sample of Dongguan’s urban fireworks”. In the design, the city showroom presents the beautiful scenery of streams, meadows, canyons, waterfalls and forests, which can only be seen in nature, in the central park of the “Flaming Tree”, so that the residents’ lives can be as pleasant as visiting a garden. In terms of formal language, the design is simplified by removing the complexity of the era and adopting a new design perspective. Through spatial organization and the use of local materials, culture and emotion are integrated into the building, making it an open meeting place for the city that connects the past and the present.
