GUANGZHOU ONE PENGRUI PHASE 1

Guangzhou One Pengrui is a mixed-use, nature-integrated district located at the eastern end of the Guangzhou Finance City Master Plan. Overlooking the Pearl River, the project consists of residential, office, hospitality, retail, and public spaces, serving as a transitional area between the natural landscape and the urban environment. The first phase of this two-phase project has been completed.
The dominant biophilic landscape enhances the project’s sponge city design, which incorporates porous paving, native plants, and rainwater management systems. The buildings are defined by their elliptical shape, a form that mirrors the river’s curved path and optimizes views towards surrounding attractions.
Multi-story amenity space offers best-in-class leisure and hospitality services. At ground level, the Culture House serves as the entertainment hub, featuring a concert hall, bar, and restaurant. Each floor features a wraparound balcony, offering sweeping views.
