The project is located in the residential area in the central part of the Lijia Planning Area of Liangjiang New District, Chongqing. It is facing the Jialing River. It enjoys a unique position overlooking the riverside leisure belt and the viewing park of Overseas Chinese City, boasting an excellent ecological environment. With prime natural landscape resources and multi-level terrain conditions, it offers low-density villa compounds. Taking into account the elevation differences of the site itself, the design follows the natural terrain, utilizing the natural elevation changes to divide the site into three terraces. The largest and optimal river-viewing angles are allocated to the closest row to the river, ensuring the best viewing experience. The overall layout harmonizes with the contour of the site, integrating seamlessly with the landscape. The project adopts two top-level design logics:logics: “artistry” and “resort-style”, creating a “boutique-grade” artistic resort villa area.
