CHELSEA WATERFRONT
Chelsea Waterfront is a mixed-use residential project in London’s historic Chelsea district, on the north bank of the Thames River, west of the Canary Wharf. It covers an area of 4.6 hectares and spans two boroughs of Chelsea Bay. The project involves the transformation of the historic Lots Road Power Station into a residential area with retail and dining functions. It also includes two new landmark residential towers with 37 storeys and 25 storeys respectively, as well as riverside residences with lush landscaping. Notably, nearly 40% of the units are affordable housing. The project will also provide 600 metres of waterfront access for the public while improving public facilities. Chelsea Waterfront showcases how limited land resources can be revitalised through high-quality planning and design.
