GREEN TOWN TREES VILLA OF JU RONG

The project is located in the Lunshan Lake Resort, Jurong, Jiangsu. Based on the superior natural conditions of Lunshan Lake and the living services of Nanjing Metropolitan Circle, Lakeside Yunlu is positioned as a vacation & health community. The slope of the lot faces southeast, and the east faces the waterfront mountain view. Aerial courtyard and 3D streets were used in design to answer the surroundings. In the master plan this plot is stepped into platform, and the traditional block scale is integrated to create wonderful courtyard space. Lakeside Chinese style villas are terraced, so as the boundless lake scenery can be viewed in the courtyard. With the design concept of “the space shuttle of ripples”, the 3d arcs outline the facade, which combines the warm water concept and the future art. View balcony is strewn at random, as you can enjoy far horizontal nature.
