XIANGLU BAY CITY BALCONY

The project is located in Xiangzhou District, Zhuhai, consisting of four plots with a total planned land area of approximately 350,000 square meters. It adopts a stepped landscape architecture design approach to highlight the elements of “mountain, sea, and city integration,” incorporating artificial waterfalls to achieve a landscape effect of being nestled by mountains and facing the sea. The project includes the construction of three underground passages, pedestrian footbridges, and an elevated walkway, connecting the beach, Lover’s Road, and Xianglu Bay, breaking through the terrain barriers to create a charming viewing platform and enhance the quality of urban tourism services. Among them, the three main attractions that have sparked a “popular check-in” trend are the romantic water show theater, the first pedestrian footbridge on Lover’s Road with a length of 175 meters, and the over 300-meter-long sea-view balcony.
