MOUNTAIN VILLA (DEMONSTRATION AREA)

The project design is based on the theme concept of “returning to the depths of the courtyard forest”, aiming to explore the characteristics of the site, distinguish it from the traditional New Lingnan architectural courtyard in the market, and pay more attention to the creation of courtyard life; Rooted in Lingnan culture and the Maofeng Mountains, based on residential forms such as forest dwelling, floating forest, garden dwelling, returning to the heart courtyard, water dwelling, water living, mountain dwelling, and living in Yunshan, we aim to create a New Lingnan style courtyard space with natural life garden dwelling, full of life fireworks, and a unique venue. Create a contemporary Cantonese courtyard and create a leading luxury villa area in the knowledge city.
