CHINA CHIC MANSION (DEMONSTRATION AREA)

The site of the project is adjacent to the Sherita Park of Qianlong’s imperial pen “the Original of Ten Thousand Blessings”. It is also the location of Shenyang Dragon Vein, which has profound cultural resources and scarce public green space in the city. Landscape planning focuses on creating Oriental aesthetic market in line with the temperament of the site itself, returning to the memory of the site and tracing the timeless resonance.
Landscape design with the concept of “nine stars into the nine que and nine Fu”, fully excavate the cultural implication behind the nine que, the traditional nine stars concept is placed in the nine Spaces of the park, presenting the landscape spatial pattern of “two axes five into, into the nine Que”, at the same time into the Goldfield play Bai system, healthy home system, pleasure bar system, to provide owners with a healthier garden life style.
