QINGDAO LINGSHAN BAY NO.1 PHASE I

The project consists of high-rise residential, street front commercial, supporting facilities and underground garage. Residential buildings are 16F to 26F and low-rise commercial buildings are 1F to 2F. The project utilizes natural resources to highlight Qingdao’s “maritime spirit”. The main elements of the tower’s facade are horizontal beige lines and blue glass. Through the composition design and simple modern architectural techniques, the tower creates “Marine lighthouses” on the seaside, giving back to the ocean and forming the urban waterfront skyline with scattered heights. The building respects the Angle of the ocean landscape, ensuring that every family can enjoy the first line of seascape resources. The podium on the ground floor breaks the traditional continuous building form through the delicate frame design, forming a delicate building volume.
