CHANGSHA MERCHANTS MEIXI LAKE GARDEN CITY

Our project is located at the intersection of Phase I and Phase II of Meixi Lake International New City, which lies on the south side of the “Super Central Axis”. The land consists of two plots with a total land area of 37,000㎡, including a 100,000㎡ shopping mall and two super high-rise towers are 160m and 220m respectively. Within the site, metro line 2 and line 6 intersect with “Super Central Axis” at the northwest corner, and the south side is surrounded by great landscape resources, like Xiangbiwo Forest Park etc.
Based on the idea of TOD, with flexible and multi-dimensional space as a carrier, blending history and future, technology innovation and ecology here, Sunyat joins hands with China Merchants Shekou, going to create an immersive commercial complex that combines ecological technology. And to build a vibrant, fashionable, and culturally-rich new commercial highland – Meixi Valley by the Meixi Lake.
