HONG KONG LAND BERYL GROVE IN CHONGQING

This case is located in an area with 2300 acres of urban forest park of Chongqing city, only needs to go downstairs to enjoy the forest. It is quite different from other reinforced concrete, but to enjoy the central Park sunshine lawn and peninsula mirror lake in the bustling city center. On the east side of the plot, there is not only a forest park, but also a flowing stream, forming a 20-meter-wide green landscape axis with the plot. Therefore, this case is a house growing in the park, with a gurgling stream and living beside the stream. Although limited by the site, the original plot is divided into small parts, the designer creates an east-west landscape axis with the external park and the internal atrium, and a living atmosphere with “prominent center and ribbon-enclosed” with the north-south landscape axis, providing multi-level and diversified living experience for the residents.
